  • Review and communicate to the constituency on the financial stability of the Zuni Tribe
  • Involvement with the educational system and continue the advocacy of the academic needs of the community (keeping in mind the No Child Left Behind legislation)
  • Commit to a unified community-wide health education program involving all health education resources
  • Working as a community in developing an economic master plan and addressing the needs of the tribe, individual community member, local artisan & organizations, local businesses/enterprises, and all other entrepreneurs
  • Be committed to securing resources for tribal operations and initiatives and re-establishing direct dialogue with IHS,BIA, ZPSD, including other local school, and local business/enterprises
  • Overall commitment to the Zuni people to respect, communicate, work as team players, support cultural values, and religious protection issues
  • Review and evaluate current administration goals and objectives to implement all potential viable strategies to making decision and accomplishing all tasks
  • Improve tribal organizations’ employee work environment where it is conducive to a healthy workplace
