A:shiwi Transit Gallup Schedule (Effective March 13, 2020)
The mission of the Pueblo of Zuni A:shiwi Transit is to provide a safe, reliable, courteous and cost-effective transit service to all our customers. To provide ongoing and long-term transportation planning and route expansion for the Pueblo of Zuni and its surrounding area.
The Pueblo of Zuni A:shiwi Transit has partnered with the Gallup Express and Navajo Transit System to offer a comprehensive public transportation option to access educational, employment, and leisure opportunites.

Fees: Free
- A:Shiwi Transit offers deviation from scheduled routes of to 1/4 a mile. Deviation costs is $1.00 fare per person.
- Children under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.
- Pick up around Bluebird, Whites, Oak Street, and Headstart will be a deviation fee of $1.00.
- Schedule times vary due to weather conditions, traffic, breakdowns or other factors.
- A:Shiwi Transit is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items left on the bus.

Gallup Route
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday
6:30am - 1:15pm; 1:30pm - 5:05pm
Fees: $3.00 one way / $5.00 round trip / $20.00 Bus Pass (10 Trips).
- A:Shiwi Transit offers deviation from scheduled routes of to 1/4 a mile. Deviation costs is $1.00 fare per person.
- Pick up around Bluebird, Whites, Oak Street, and Headstart will be a deviation fee of $1.00.
- Schedule times vary due to weather conditions, traffic, breakdowns or other factors.
- A:Shiwi Transit is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items left on the bus.
- Try to arrive 5 minutes early to your stop.
- Offer front seat to seniors and people with disabilities.
- We cannot be held responsible for items left on the bus.
- A:Shiwi Transit provides affortable transportation to the public regardless of race, age, sex, religion, national origin, ancestry, and physical, mental/medical conditions.
- Vehicles are equipped with wheelchair lifts, if you need assistance, please ask the driver.
- Your comments and suggestions are always welcome.

Accessibility
Pueblo of Zuni A:shiwi Transit service is accessible to persons with disabilities. Buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts that enable persons in wheelchairs or persons who cannot navigate steps to ride the bus. Buses have priority seating for persons with diabilities. Operators are trained to assist riders use lifts and secure wheelchairs. You may travel with your respirator, concentrator, and portable oxygen. Service animals are welcome on board buses and in our facilities. (They must be kept under control of the passenger at all times.) Public information is available in alternative formats upon request.
Reasonable Modification Policy
Passengers with disabilites may request modifications to current service procedures to access the service. To make a request, please call (505) 782-7288 or email us at Ashiwi.Transit@ashiwi.org. Please submit requests at least the day before the trip. Pueblo of Zuni A:shiwi Transit will not charge additional fees for passengers requiring reasonable modifications.

If you have a complaint about the accessibility of our transit system or service, or believe you have been discriminated against because of your disability, you can file a complaint.
